Repent, for the kingdom of God is near. Matthew 3:2
To repent of ones sin is to feel remorse and to make a change. A truly repentant heart will take action immediately! If your sin were stealing you repent by feeling sorry for what you did, take it to the Lord and make the decision not to ever steal again. Sometimes we may repent and later repeat the same sin again. What matters is when you repent you mean in and you keep trying. We all stumble and some of us have certain sins we struggle with. I have mine and have repented for the same sin several times. Eventually we'll get it right with God's help. Don't despair if you slip up. We have the added security of Christ's blood to help us out!
